Andiamo has been on charter to SeaTeach of Emsworth, for evaluation and demonmstration on a new technology sail - The Parasailor. Several outings in the Solent have been completed and this has caused a lot of interesting reaction from other yachts!An amazingly fast run back from Brixham to the Solent was achieved under parasail in force 7 conditions - 90 miles in 12 hours - See the article under "parasailing"

Maintenence and Upgrades

 

Much of the internal woodwork has been re-varnished this season and additional 240v. and 12v. sockets fitted to facilitate charging of mobile phones, cameras, IPODs etc.

The cabin floors have also been renewed with a lighter hard-wearing finsh in "TekDek" material. This gives much more of a new-boat feel to the interior and is very easy to keep clean!
